We would like to extend a big thank you to Catrine Näsmark for her fantastic contribution to Childhood through the paintings whose motifs are symbols from childhood. In the pictures, Catrine Näsmark has succeeded very well in capturing the essence of Childhood. Through Catrine's art, Childhood has been given an opportunity to be seen in all possible contexts and to get our message out about all children's right to a childhood in an exciting way. The pictures challenge the viewer to think about childhood in different ways - maybe it's a memory, or mood... It fits incredibly well with Childhood's message and we are both proud and happy about the collaboration!

Catrine is a fantastically talented artist with incredible creativity, energy and integrity. Her special style is just like Catrine herself, the very soul is woven into the art. She kind of glows with colors and visions.

During my time as airport manager at Bromma Airport, we had a very rewarding collaboration with Catrine. It resulted in a large-format painting of Amelia Earhart, which was placed at the top of Bromma's terminal. Matched Bromma's story well. A portrait that showed who were the people behind the pioneering spirit of aviation. It was later followed by a much-appreciated opening at Bromma Airport. Afterwards, we and our travelers could admire Catrine's copies of her touching paintings. I especially remember the portrait of Princess Lilian at the arrival hall, which was very much appreciated by our travelers.

Catrine is one-of-a-kind. She is not only a fantastic artist who can really inspire and evoke emotions with her special storytelling technique, she is also an absolutely wonderful person - and has become a close friend - with a unique ability to pick out the beautiful and turn it into beautiful art. The paintings I have by Catrine all mean something special to me, and the fact that she will now paint me to help me promote myself on my velomobile feels extra special.

Got to know Catrine about 10 years ago. Loved her art - and from this I developed a new concept of art called plexiographs - reproductions of established artists' works on Plexiglas, in limited series. Catrine's art is perfect for this purpose – lots of colour, playfulness and a mix between the old and the new. Plus she is a wonderful person to work with!
